This is the go-to tool for burnishing copper foil to stained glass pieces. This tool is used to roll over the edges of your glass (textured, thick and thin alike) applying pressure to your copper foil leaving it flawless and ready for smooth solder with professional integrity.
Apply your copper foil to the edges of your glass and gently smooth into position with your fingers. Run your foil roller around the edges of your glass for a perfect finish.
Each foil roller is hand-crafted from solid white oak and assembled with durable nylon plastic rollers by hand.
Measures 6.75 inches long and two inches wide. Rollers themselves are 1.5 inches long.

I have been doing stained glass for over 25 years. I have never seen a tool like this. The only glass that I have not been successful with burnishing with this tool is bevels. The angle on the top edge of the bevel will not accommodate using this tool because you need 2 parallel surfaces. It does do will with textured glass, just not bevels. I am happy with my purchase.
